Does JobFlow apply to jobs on its own?

No. JobFlow prepares everything: the resume, the answers, the filled-in form. Then it waits. Nothing is ever sent without your tap, and it never applies to jobs you didn't choose.

Will my LinkedIn or Naukri account get banned?

JobFlow never logs in to your job-site accounts, never asks for their passwords and never runs anything inside them. When a job lives on a big job board, JobFlow prepares your resume and answers, and you apply there yourself, the normal way.

Will recruiters know I used JobFlow?

They'll see what you send them: a clear one-page resume and answers about your real experience, submitted by you. JobFlow doesn't hide anything or pretend to be you. Its job is to make sure what you send is true and relevant to the role.

Where do the jobs come from?

Mostly from you: forward anything you find, anywhere. JobFlow will also suggest roles from company career pages that publish their openings for anyone to apply to. It doesn't copy listings from other job sites.

Is my data safe? How do I delete everything?

Your data is used only to find and prepare your applications. It isn't sold, and employers see only what you send them. You can see, correct or download your profile any time. To erase it, type DELETE in the chat. We're building to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

How does JobFlow make money?

From the Job-Search Pass and plans that job seekers choose to buy. Not from selling your data, and not from employers paying to reach you.

Do I need a laptop?

No. Everything except form autofill works in WhatsApp on any phone. The Chrome extension is an optional speed-up for company career pages when you're on a laptop or a computer.
