What happens to your early-access details

The short version: we keep only what you typed into the form, we use it only to invite you, it stays on our own server in India, and you can remove it yourself below, instantly.

What we keep

• Your name and WhatsApp number.
• The kind of job you're looking for, your city if you gave it, and the language you'd like to chat in.
• When you signed up, and that you agreed to be contacted.
• If you arrived through a partner's link, that link's short tag (for example a college or creator code), so we know which partners are worth working with.

What we don't keep

• No cookies, no advertising or analytics scripts, and no third-party trackers of any kind on this site.
• Your sign-up record has no IP address, browser details or "page you came from".
• After you join, this site leaves a small note in your own browser saying you've joined, so it doesn't ask you again. The note never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
• Our web server's request log records only the time, the page asked for and whether it worked. It never records your IP address, your browser or the page you came from.
• If a request fails, the server's error log may note the network address it came from so we can fix the problem. Those logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Why we keep it

Only to message you on WhatsApp when your early-access spot is ready, and to decide which cities and kinds of jobs to open first. For that second purpose we look at totals, not at individuals. We will never use your details for anything else without asking you first.

Who can see it

Only the JobFlow team. We don't sell, rent or share it with employers, recruiters, advertisers or anyone else.

Where it's stored, and for how long

On our own server in Mumbai, India, in a file only the sign-up service can read. Every sign-up is deleted automatically 12 months after it was made or last updated, and you can remove yours sooner, below.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can withdraw your consent, correct your details or have them erased at any time:

• To correct them, sign up again with the same number. Your new answers replace the old ones.
• To erase them and withdraw consent, use the form below. It takes effect immediately.

Changes to this page

If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. A change will never apply to details you've already given us for a new purpose without asking you first.
